Course Information

Intermediate Level Maintenance Strategy Development using Reliability-Centred Maintenance (RCM)

This 3-day course covers key concepts for the development of maintenance strategies. It aligns to RCM philosophy as outlined in SAE JA1011 and JA1012.

The course specifically deals with the seven RCM questions and discusses how RCM programmes should be set up and implemented. 

This course includes a working case study to reinforce understanding of the maintenance strategy development process i.e. answering the seven questions. 

Training to this level is considered the minimum for anyone considering involvement in the development of maintenance strategies.

$1,800 plus GST per person

Introduction Level Course

We now also have available an introduction level course for those who want to know about maintenance strategy development techniques but are not anticipating taking part in facilitated analysis.  This course provides an overview of RCM philosophy and introduces the language and process steps.  

  • 1-day Introduction $1,000 plus GST per person
